Although I was born and raised in Australia, my Māori heritage lives strongly within me. It influences the way I move through life, the way I understand healing, and the importance I place on connection to self, to others, and to something greater. Culture, spirituality, and healing are not separate parts of my life; they are the foundation of it.
My path has been guided by a wide range of life experiences and moments that have challenged me, expanded me, and ultimately brought me back to myself. Each chapter has played a role in leading me to this moment, where I feel called to share, support, and hold space for others on their own journey.
I come from a lineage of healers and spiritualists, and I honour that legacy in the work I do today. With a Diploma in Life Coaching and a Masters in Reiki Healing, I blend learned knowledge with intuition, presence, and lived experience.
